Oats
Oats contain beta-glucan fiber which has a high satiety value (keeps you feeling full for longer). Oats also contain polyphenol compounds that have anti-oxidant properties. Oats also contain additional vitamins and minerals and high levels of anti-oxidants.

Banana
Bananas, from the Musaceae family are nutritious with fiber, vitamin B6, potassium, magnesium, vitamin C and manganese. Because of their potassium, low sodium and high fiber content they are considered heart healthy, replenish electrolytes and contain resistant starch.
