Cipriani vinegar, like Cipriani oil, to which it is often accompanied, must season without impositions: the right balance between the mixture of the condiments is what enhances the taste of the dishes it combines with the vinegar.

From Barbera grapes, it is made with the most ancient techniques. It ages in oak barrels after acidification, gaining its unique taste.
